Being that this is all that we know of so far,it would seem that we would want to protect every living thing around,just for the sheer ownership of the ultimate biosphere display in the solar system!!!!

I think that we should now make an effort to leave the planet.A large effort to make a launch system for the world should be a primary concern.
A large ramp up a mountain and the like could be the ticket we need.Economical space transfer a must!!

I just feel that we may have evolved past natures constraints,time to let go and move on,let her do what she does best.Ours seems to be a technilogical path to outreach ourselves,lets get on with it and let mother nature do what she does best,
